Return Policy

At Savia Lux, we strive to provide you with the highest quality artisanal skincare products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns and Exchanges: 

  • We accept returns and exchanges on unopened and unused products within 14 days of the delivery date. If no delivery date is available, we will use the date that the order was fulfilled as the start of the 14-day window. 
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Opened Products:

  • Due to the nature of our artisanal skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used. This includes products with broken seals or packaging. 
Reselling Option:
  • If you find that a product doesn't meet your needs or preferences after opening it, we encourage you to consider reselling it through the Buy-Sell-Trade (BST) thread on the Savia Lux Facebook page. This allows other customers to purchase products at a discounted price while reducing waste and promoting sustainability within our community. Please ensure that the product is accurately represented, and its usage is clearly stated when posting on the BST thread.

Sampler Packs:

  • We highly encourage customers to purchase our sampler packs before committing to the full-size product. Sample packs allow you to test our products and determine which ones best suit your skincare needs before purchasing the larger size. 

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process it in accordance with our return policy. If the returned item meets our criteria for eligibility, we will provide a full refund to the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, but shipping costs for returning products are free.
